  • Wow, I never thought that video banking could be a solution to our problem in our small bank because it offers operational benefits. I think I will work with a company that offers it since it’s a revenue generator as well. Since it will appeal to millenials who are growing stronger economically, I think it would be the right step for us to follow the trend.
